This work shows how the little girl's imagination runs wild when she drops her slipper and it flows down into a world of her own creation, with stairs to take her there. Well executed, this deviation has many details to peruse and takes the eye from the simple furniture of a child's bedroom, deep into the wondrous details of the imaginative world in full color right beneath her feet.
